A world boss team is three jobs and a spare: someone to silence the DPS, someone to hold it at the attack speed cap, the DPS itself, and damage buffers for whatever slots are left. Pick five and this says which of those jobs are covered.

A silencer only silences on time at the cap, and a speed buffer that is short of it cannot put anyone else there. Attack speed needed to reach the cap, given your buffs, artifact nodes and talents.
Roles come from the community World Boss Meta/Teambuilding Guide. It is not a tier list, and a soul it leaves out is not one that cannot do the job. The pillars are what this checks; whether a team is actually good depends on ascension, artifacts and togis, which it does not know about.
