• T1 boosts own ATK, or deals DOT to random enemy, or gives self energy
• T2 triggers on AA, chance to give energy to 2 closest allies + chance to deal AOE damage, or deal damage to HAE, or deal DOT to all enemies
• T3 triggers on energy, boosts damage for self, team, or 3 HAA
• T4 triggers on AA, chance to deal DOT to all enemies + chance to boost team SPD, or dispel enemies' buffs, or deal damage to 2 random enemies
• T5 boosts 3 HAA's ATK + triggers on their AA, chance to splash damage 2 random enemies, OR triggers on crit, chance to deal damage to HDE, OR triggers on 3 HAA receiving damage, chance to deal damage to nearest enemy + chance to silence 2 HAA
• Supposedly (CN), he's a buffer and his full artifact is a nice option for transitioning WB teams, but he's not necessary to get. Still looks like a lot of chance, though, and since he's a ranking SR, might as well be collection.
