Notes
- Deals AoE dmg to all enemies and restores up to 25 pts of energy to all allies on basic
- Deals AoE dmg to all enemies and increases all ally atk power by up to 50% for 5 secs
- Increases own crit, aspd or atk on t1
- Grants extra splash chance on basic whilst granting extra dmg, stun or energy
- Basic atk is significantly increased while granting possibility for another basic atk buff and granting continuous dmg to certain range of enemies every 10s on t3
