Skin speeds
Seconds each animation runs. Lower is better, it is time the soul cannot act, so the fastest skin is a real advantage, not a preference. Read from the game's own animation data.
No skin is faster than the default here, so the choice is cosmetic.

Notes
- Has a potent ATK buff (45% at max skill level) on his basic skill.
- Also has a 4 sec stun on energy skill.
- Stuns himself when he uses his basic, so his damage output will be low. May be useful as a damage amplifier if you have nothing better.
- Rather interesting skills, could be technically used as attack buffer alongside fs with team-wide stun immune (T5 Candy Cane, Jinjunmei Tea, Minazuki, Toffee Pudding), but likely not viable even then.
- Has an artifact in CN, but its not good, only enhancing his dmg
