Notes
- ST damage dealer, reduces target's energy and blocks healing on basic skill, reduces target's energy and prevents cleanse on energy skill
- Okay utility, but hampered by lack of artifact and by how expensive she is to acquire and ascend
- Her being airship event exclusive fs means it is possible to get her and ascend F2P but its going to take a lot of time, buying and spending airship tickets with crystals and saving the currency
- A bit difficult to get collection, very difficult to ascend
