Notes
- Good CC capability, low damage, can only be obtained later in the game when you already have better CC food souls (like Vodka).
- Tsuchi Hard can be farmed at MA level 60-70+ without spending crystals/embers, but he is mostly farmed for collection purposes
- His artifact is not bad but there is a lot of much better options, and it won't override the fact that his skills are underwhelming
