Notes
- Offers a huge ATK and ATK speed buff for two random allies on basic skill for 4s (70% on max skill level)
- Attacks two random enemies and increases damage caused by allies for 4 seconds on energy (45% on max skill level)
- Very potent buffer as is, gets even more effective with his T5. His buffs are much bigger than Cat Ear's (Orecchiette), but they don't target a specifc ally so their effectiveness will be more RNG dependant
- Artifact not that appealing up until T5, though has choice of dispel and cleanse, and invincibility. T5 offers team-wide ATK buff if HP conditions are met
- Could be useful for WB and other boss fights
