Notes
- Deals AoE dmg to all enemies with a 50% chance of increasing own dmg by up to 90% and a 30% chance to restore up to 45 pts of energy on basic
- Deals AoE dmg to all enemies while also silencing himself for 3 secs+granting all his next 5 basic attacks to crit
- Grants self atk buff after any attack or after receiving heals (6sec cD) on t1
- Buffs own spd after an attack and grants stun+charm immu, dispel or crit on t2 (10s CD)
- Grants a self basic attack buff every 10secs and a 50% large splash chance n t3 (2s CD)
- Every 10s buffs own atk while reducing furthest ally spd with a chance to increase/reduce enemy/all energy or grant ally heal on t4
- Grants splash after a crit to nearest/random/all enemy/ies while also silencing self for 5s if HP is higher OR lower than 80% (10s CD for the silence)
- Overall, he is a selfish dmg dealer, similar to UR peking shredded pork, who debuffs his allies to buff himself. His artifact is decently suited to being a stollen target, but it's not reccomended to build him unless you: 1. Do not have a DPS and are desperate to get him. or 2. Have him at 4* or higher (As should any DPS be), cause he's more expensive but not as good as more recent units.
- He comes from a single pool (Triple Rate-Up), so it is unlikely to get him ascended enough as FtP so I don't reccomend him
