Notes
- Increases own SPD + silences HAE on basic, and increases own ATK + deals AOE damage on energy
- T1 triggers on basic skill, increases allies' crit dmg, SPD, or crit rate
- T2 triggers on basic skill, deals damage to lowest HP enemy + stuns, reduces DEF, or dispels buffs
- T3 grants self stun immunity. On AA trigger, 10% chance to reduce enemies' ATK, SPD, or DEF
- T4 increases own ATK + deals damage to nearest enemy, restore allies' energy/s, or grants 2 random allies invinc on skill trigger
