Notes
- Single target stun, very high ST damage
- One of the most accessible and worthwhile event UR alongside Turkey
- Useful in Catacombs, Showdown, story/hard mode, WB/GB, etc.
- Has a more accessible artifact than most URs, later nodes refill his allies' energy and increase DMG dealt. Worth it if you can afford it.
- Alongside Mapo, one of the two best options for Encore Carnival bags. Can be a niche option if you need a CC food soul or an energy spammer. Note from Blue: Would actually recommend him over Mapo since he's still pretty usable in PVP and works alright in energy spam catacombs teams.
