Notes
- Utility fs, dispels enemy buffs and increases ATK and SPD on basic skill, deals ST damage on energy skill
- Dispel and buffs on basic skill make him potentially useful for boss fights with a Resolute Fallen Angel
- His artifact is good up until T3, offering extra utility (heal block, cleanse, a minor damage buff respectively)
- Can be an alternative to Beer when you don't want your team to be silenced, but a lot of URs will be able to offer much better buffs, so it may be difficult justifying his place on your team
