Notes
- Deals single target damage, boosts his ATK and energy on basic skill
- Deals two hits of AOE damage and buffs ally ATK on energy skill
- Rather interesting artifact, enabling him to use three different extra basic skills. Rest is a combination of amplifying his own damage and team support
- Potentially strong in energy/skill spam teams. He is a mix of DPS and support. Also pretty decent in PVP. 2023 edit: Mingsixi is now going to be more accesible, having his unlimited pool and later added to perm, which means it's possible for F2P to use him
