- Deals ST dmg twice to the nearest enemy on basic
- Deals AoE dmg to all enemies and reduces their atk by 45% for 4 secs on energy
- His first three togi nodes and T5 are identical to SR Prosciutto di Parma granting self buff on t1, inv and teamwide buff on t2 and lost dmg heal, dmg or stun on t3 and partial stun immunity with some splash and stun or inv potential on T5
- His t4 provides either 3 sec inv, a 5 second charm, or energy while increasing either atk, skill or all dmg
- Arti is basically just a more expensive version of Prosciutto di Parma, being a magic unit instead of a support would make him more difficult to speed cap
- A decent CC, inv and buffing SR who could be used in TSD whilst also being a source of dmg
- He's a mix of Prosciutto di Parma and Moules Frites in one SR, if you need an SR dmg unit who can also be inv, CC and buffs then he's definintely usable, though Moules is more accessible if you just want him for his skills
