Notes

  • Negligible shield and recovers farthest ally's energy on basic, reduces one enemy's DEF on energy skill
  • Purely offensive tank with little defensive capability
  • CLB more practical for non-whales, as he is expensive to ascend
  • Weird mix of offensive and ally-support makes him impractical to use in almost all scenarios, as dedicated DPS will do much more damage, and dedicated support will do much better job buffing
  • Easy to get collection, not difficult to ascend due to appearing in Encore Carnival
