Notes
- Deals damage to allies while restoring energy and boosting ATK on basic skill; blocks heals and drains enemy energy on energy skill
- Artifact offers a minor damage buff, energy regen and more opportunity to drain enemy energy - not bad, but not worth the cost
- He seems difficult to use, buffing team for the cost of %damage, but the buffs are not even that good, and there are lot safer options for energy recovery. Energy skill has healblock, so might be useful for dealing with tanky/self-healing enemies
- He is very difficult to ascend too
