Notes
- Deals ST damage and increases atk for all allies for 5 seconds on basic
- Deals AOE damage and continuously removes energy from the highest highest ATK enemy for 5 seconds on energy skill
- High ATK buff for all allies on basic skill, incredible artifact make him amazing buffer for Stollen comp (single DPS teams)
- T1 has invincibility, T2 buffs highest ATK ally's ATK if Kaiser's health is above 60%, T3 boosts ATK of two highest ATK allies if health is above 60% (but with cooldown)
