• Deals damage to the lowest health enemy, silences, and heal blocks them for 5 secs on basic skill
• Deals damage to the lowest health enemy, reduces their ATK up to 45% for 4 secs, and insta-kills them if HP \< 20% on energy skill
• T1 buffs either crit damage, ATK SPD, or ATK
• T2 buffs normal attack damage by 40% which now have a 40% chance to deal DoT to either the 2 nearest, furthest, or nearest enemy (damage is stronger than other two togis) for 10 secs. All effects have a 10 sec CD
• T3 grants normal attack splash damaging either the nearest enemy, the nearest enemy + stuns them, or AOE + additional damage if any enemy's HP \< 40%
• T4 grants 1 energy for each normal attack and skill released to either (1) self and splash to the nearest enemy, (2) 2 nearest allies and deals splash + stun if the nearest enemy HP \< 20%, (3) 2 nearest allies and deals splash + silence the highest ATK Support enemy. All effects have varying CDs dependent on togi type.
• T5 triggers when the nearest ally releases a skill: (1) stuns 2 random enemies and deals splash, (2) stuns a random enemy and deals splash, (3) dispels the buffs of the HAE and deals splash
• She's usable but nothing amazing. Her skills are good for newer players. Her arti is very reliant on normal attacks, meaning she needs to be speed capped for maximum usage.
