Notes
- Deals damage to the lowest health enemy and additional DoT on basic skill
- Deals damage to the lowest health enemy and insta-kills when HP \<20% on energy skill
- T1 triggers ever 10 secs dealing damage to either the lowest health enemy, HAE, or furthest enemy
- T2 triggers after a crit granting self either energy recovery and AOE invinc, damage buff, or skill damage buff. CDs vary depending on the togi type.
- T3 triggers when releasing basic skills granting self ATK SPD buff and either silences all enemy Support units for 3 secs, reduces energy of lowest health enemy, or heal blocks the lowest health enemy. All effects have an 8 sec CD.
- T4 grants crit splash damage on a random enemy and either buffs skill damage, normal attack damage, or crit damage.
- T5 grants self-immunity to stun and ATK buff for all allies as well as either dispelling all enemy buffs, silencing all enemies, or stuns all enemies. The ATK buff has an 8 sec CD.
- He seems decent. Has some good PVP utility such as the insta-kill and silencing. Has a few buffs too but nothing outstanding. Seems like an alternative to Yuan Yang if you were unable to get him.
