Notes
- ST damage dealer, buffs alllies' ATK on basic, restores his own energy on energy skill
- Good skills, but artifact is underwhelming - it is very good up until T2, but the rest is ruined by long CDs
- Artifact boosts his own damage and allies' damage but isn't good enough to be worth the cost
