Notes
- ST/AOE damage dealer, buffs skill damage on energy skill
- Decent skills and stats, has one of the most FTP & beginner friendly event types and can access T3 artifact with max crystal spending
- First three togi nodes only buff himself, his T4 has some damage buffs and his T5 substantially increases own SPD
- Arti can buff whole team ATK and SPD
- 2024 note from Blue: Unlike what was said before, he's actually a pretty good Stollen comp dps But since is ranking is over, good luck getting ascension! What makes him good though is that you remove the need for a speed buffer (t5), which opens up the option to use better buffers that only focus on buffing dmg instead of focusing on spd
