Notes
- Deals dmg to the furthest 2 enemies while reducing their def 100% 3 secs on basic skill
- Deals atk of all enemies as dmg to all enemies and increases allly atk by up to 80% for 4 secs on energy skill
- T1 provides a self buff and T2 provides a 3 second buff to all allies (3sec CD)
- T3 gives interesting buffs under certain circumstances
- T4 gives decent buffs but provides silence immunity to farthest ally and with a large 8 second CD
- His T5 gives a mediocre attack buff to all allies but provides interesting mix of buff, dispel, energy and extra attack with a 2sec CD
- His artifact doesn't look remarkable, and best to spend your resources elsewhere, but if you need a quick buffer and can replenish his energy quick he can be a decent atk buffer for energy spam teams however I doubt his skill level will be high enough if FtP can only get him to 2*
