Notes
- Deals AoE damage and increases team's skill damage by 40% on basic skill; AoE damage, AoE heal & boosts team's damage on energy skill
- Bouillabaise is a damage buffer more than a healer, and his artifact reflects this, focusing entirely on boosting his allies' damage output, SPD and energy. Due to his powerful buffs on basic skill, he is better suited for skill spamming teams. Sadly the buff on energy skill is rather low
- His artifact makes him a pretty decent damage buffer. First three nodes are rather bad due to long cooldowns, T4 and T5 are good. The former can either buff three highest ATK allies and dispel, buff HP of three lowest defense allies and regenerate points of energy per second to allied team, or healblock the farthest enemy for 20 seconds. T5 in addition makes highest enemy immune to silence (which makes him very strong in PVP content), grant allies splash or boost their ATK and speed if he is above 90% HP
- He is very unique, but there are better buffers like Minazuki, Dongpo Pork, Dunhuang, Wuyi, Ankimo and Kaiser
