Notes
- Excellent buffs, boosts DMG and SPD by a percentage
- A utility SR with very potent buffs that massively boost DMG output, but silences your own team. He's mostly useful in end-game teams boasting high SPD and ATK so they can benefit most from his buffs.
- No artifact, charm on energy generally not useful 2023 edit:
- At current state of game, Beer is not used anymore, also because meta moved to buffing single target dps, silencing whole team is impractical as buffers/supports won't be able to use skills
