Skin speeds

Seconds each animation runs. Lower is better, it is time the soul cannot act, so the fastest skin is a real advantage, not a preference. Read from the game's own animation data.

Captured Brillianceis the fastest, at 4.67s against the default's 6.17s.

Notes

  • Deals AoE dmg and buffs ATK of all allies by up to 50% for 4 secs on basic
  • Deals AoE dmg and DoT for 5 secs on energy
  • T1 triggers after normal attacks or skill releases: restores own energy, AoE splash, or AOE SPD buff for 6 secs (all have 12 sec CD)
  • T2 has 30% chance of AOE invinc when releasing a skill with additional chances to either (1) cleanse 3 random allies or AOE damage buff for 3 secs (2) dispel buffs of 3 random enemies or AOE ATK debuff for 3 secs (3) ST splash or AOE damage buff for 3 secs
  • T3 gives self stun immunity and either (1) AOE splash and AOE energy recovery (2) AOE DoT and AOE SPD buff (3) AOE splash and AOE enemy energy reduction
  • T4 varies on togi type: (1) buffs own ATK, normal attacks and skill releases remove a random enemy's energy, and 40% chance to restore own energy (2) buffs ATK of 2 closest allies, when they release skills they have a 40% chance to restore energy of 2 random allies, and another 40% chance to restore energy to themselves (3) buffs ATK of HAA, AOE enemy energy reduction when HAA releases skills, and 40% chance for HAA to recover energy
  • T5 buffs all ally's skill damage and skills with HP conditions. If HP%> when releasing a skill either deal AOE splash, buffs all ally's ATK, or all allies deal AOE splash. If \<HP% then a 30% chance to give AOE invinc for 3 secs (on all 3 togis)
  • Still a good buffer for WB with decent PVP utility, if you need someone who can fit both roles, you could consider building him
  • He's not the best for either gamemodes, but he's far from the worst 2025 edit: He's still quite a good damage buffer unit for WB. Based on my experience (Chips's), he is slightly worse on average when compared to Nshima, but far more consistent. In terms of PVP though, he's definitely dated. Yuan Yang Chicken Congee is basically him but better in every way.
