Notes
- Increases party damage on basic, heal block on energy skill
- Decent utility but overall nothing game-changing. Note that his heal block on his energy skill lasts 6 seconds, so he can block enemy heals if you can find a way to keep replenishing his energy
- Useful for SR only Top Showdown, despite him not having artifact
