Notes
- ST damage dealer, increases his SPD and his damage received on basic skill; lowers enemy DEF and guarantees critical hits on energy skill
- Okay skills, he has an artifact on CN that seems rather decent, splash damage on T3 for self, and team-wide buffs
- For F2P and low spenders, he is collection only
- Better to invest in Rum or different DPS instead
- Very difficult to acquire and ascend for F2P
